When I saw Micah on the New Listings page, he immediately stole my heart. If I could adopt him right now, I would. Unfortunately, I am not able to at this time, so I am praying so hard that his family will step up soon! Look at that adorable face! The thing that broke my heart the most is that he has $0 in his fund. Nothing. Not a single penny. Let's try to raise that by the end of the month! Let's try to make it to $31. That is only a dollar a day for the whole month. I think that is completely doable! So if you have a dollar to spare today, would you consider donating it to the little boy who stole my heart? A dollar to help him find his forever family?

31 for 21!
Hey Everyone!
So I just found out that a challenge called 31 for 21 started today, and I decided I would join in this year. The goal is to blog every day to raise awareness for Down Syndrome. For more info and to find out how to join, click here!
The reason I am joining in on this challenge is because I want everyone to know that even teenagers like myself can make a big difference in the world. I feel like God can use us in special ways that he cannot use adults in. Why down syndrome specifically? Well, even I am not sure why yet! But I know God knows, and that he has big plans in store for me!
I found out about Reece's Rainbow almost a year ago, and it completely changed my heart. I know God led me to this site for a reason, and made me fall in love with so many little ones for a reason, and I cannot wait to find out what it is! So hopefully by blogging, I can make a small difference and help raise awareness. Possibly when I am older I will even adopt one. Only time will tell!
So join me as a blog every day this month to raise awareness for the precious treasures with DS! Don't forget to comment below and tell me if you are doing this challenge too!

These 10 sweet girls all have things in common. They are orphans who have down syndrome. They are between the ages of 6-9, and need a family soon! But the sad part is, none of them have over $100 in their fund. So please, if one of their little faces pulled at your heart today, consider donating a little to help them. Every little bit counts, especially when a few of them have $0 in their account!! Also, please consider praying for them all, and if one really caught your eye, pray about adopting them!

Auction to benefit a RR adoption!
The Sharp Family is adopting 2 beautiful kids from China that both have dwarfism. The already brought home a little boy from Ukraine who has a form of dwarfism, and now they are being called to rescue two more! But it is going to cost a lot to get these babies home, so please go checkout the auction that is being held right now to help support them! There is jewelry, hair clips, pillow case dresses, flip flops, Scentsy, Thirty-One, Tupperware, and much more being auctioned off! Here is my personal fave:
Hop on over to the auction now... I can guarantee you will find something cute!
Another favorite of mine is this cute owl hat!

Do you know an adorable little girl?
Do you know any adorable little girls? I know tons of them, and I am sure you do too! And do you know what little girls can never have too many of? Hair accessories, of course! They make amazing gifts to the little angels in your life. They are super easy to order ahead of time and keep a stash of to grab as last minutes birthday gifts. I have recently come across a couple different people who make hair bows or flowers to benefit orphans, specifically Reece's Rainbow angels! If you are interested in purchasing hair accessories, please keep on reading!
Bow By Beth Bringing Home Orphans has a facebook page where you can order bows for $10, and $5 of it goes towards the family of the month. Until August 14th, they will donate the $5 to the Willis family, who is adopting through RR. The Willis family is adopting these 2 angels:

Next, I want to introduce you to the Collins Family. I have been following their journey since the beginning a June, and I am already amazed by the blessings they have received! This is their blog where they are documenting their journey to their little light, Elizabeth (also called Ellie!). They are giving up almost everything just to be able to go get Ellie. They inspire me SO much, and I hope they inspire you too! They make these gorgeous flower hair clips, and are selling them to make money for Ellie. They also sell a couple other things on their Etsy shop, so check it out!

Sweet Little Kaleigh :(
I was scrolling through Reece's Rainbow tonight, and I found a face that I had found a couple months ago. Kaleigh. We share the same name, spelled the same and everything. I feel a connection to this lost little girl, and I can't stand the thought of her going to an institution. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! I haven't seen anyone else in the RR community advocating for her, so I am going to start NOW. Please share!
